- MCMelissa CanfieldOct 9, 20255.0Alex was awesome! We actually bought my Townie Go in Arizona, but we’re on a road trip and all of a sudden my power assist and throttle didn’t work. We tried all the things that we could think of and looked online, etc. Called a number of dealers on our way south from Portland with no luck until we called Trek Bikes in North Fresno and they said sure, bring in your bike and we’ll put it on the diagnostics and we’ll see what’s wrong. Well, they didn’t even have to do that, they troubleshot several things and found the fix at no charge. Absolutely awesome customer service and if I didn’t already own a bike I’d buy one from them!

After my first, I ended up leaving town and needed to have my week old bike taken apart and boxed for shipment across the country. Alex and John, not only handled it quickly and professionally, they reached out to my home Trek store with pictures to show how well it was wrapped and boxed! These guys go above and beyond. Even my home Trek dealer was impressed when the bike arrived. They said, Fresno North was one of the only places to wrap and box a bike as well as we do. I concur. These guys ROCK!
