  I bought my first bike and Mark made the experience so easy, informative and fun! He was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. It is obvious that everyone working there is passionate about what they do and want to help others in their biking journey. I will be going back here for all my bike needs!

  Top place for your bike needs. Selection and service is top notch. Bike Mechanics are second to none. They can diagnose and fix any problems that you may have and get you back on the bike in no time. This is my favorite place to shop.

  John Brown, the service mgr at Trek Bicycles of Ft Worth, is an expert at all things bicycles. I trust his recommendations. He is professional and courteous to his customers. He gave my bike a 2nd level turn- up and I just got done riding and I love my tuned up bike !!

  The bike selection was good. I road 4 bikes. The service was excellent! I’ll try to update this later will the name of the gentleman (Eddie) who helped me. We spent 60-90 mins testing different bikes, talking about what I was going to ride the bike for and he listened and made recommendations. He provided great service, friendly skilled. Once I made my choice he went over the bike in great detail, similar to a deep tuneup and then rode it himself several laps around the lot came back in a turned it a bit more… I left with a Trek FX2 and did a some miles when I got home. Some minor technical and then asphalt. Im very happy with the bike. I highly recommend These guys and I’ll be back. They also do fun rides on Wednesday after work. Starts about 6pm. Update 29Oct25: I went back and picked up a Verve 3 - Step through bike. Same experience. Great service. Eddie was great! Took the bikes to Trinity Trails in Fort Worth. Did 12 miles. Great bikes. Fun time.
