  I used to really like Summit city bicycles, but it had some rough spots that I really didn’t like so I wouldn’t go there a good portion of the time when I needed bicycle stuff. I have recently approached Trek, and the people were so friendly, so helpful, and the shop is so nice. This place is a real gift for the city.

  Very impolite and unprofessional staff. After purchasing 4 bicycles costing more than $9000 within a week we had a problem with one of them and I called to inquire on what to do. The staff member was short with me, uninterested, talk to other people while I was explaining the situation and was uninterested in the conversation entirely. If this is how they treat people that spend that much money a week later, I will not be returning.

  Jake was very helpful. He showed us multiple bikes. We were there for just options. It was good to know that they have lot of options.

  Amazing bike selection and EV test rides are a must with the trails they have picked out it's was a blast! And the salesman were super helpful without being pushy so Id recommend to all my family and friends who are in need of a new experience!
