The gentleman with the cool accent reminded there are places still out there thats not just about the sale. Genuinely cared about my son's safety. Customer service was top notch. Can't remember a time when someone was more helpful and attentive. Helped me understand bikes way more. Place I can trust for sure!
- AJAn JotaAug 18, 20255.0I was helped by Olaf. He was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic to help. It will take a little time before there is help as there are only 2 people there helping. But it's worth the wait. He was very helpful and are willing to work with me for my preferences. The prices are usually around $700-$3000 depending on the bike at least for adults but i got a good quality bike on clearance for a lot cheaper. But I got clearance and it was great. Great service and great prices.

Robin went above and beyond—she was thorough in following up, calling multiple local Trek stores to track down the product I needed, and even making an extra call to confirm that neighboring Trek stores had taken care of me after she spoke with Chris, the Georgetown Trek store manager. Chris came through with the parts and personally delivered them curbside while I waited in heavy Georgetown traffic with my flashers on—service you just don’t see every day. Jack was equally impressive, quickly ordering parts and clearly explaining the technical details of both the bike and the components. His knowledge and professionalism made the process smooth and stress-free. This level of customer care is rare, and Robin, Jack, and Chris all exemplify what makes Trek a trusted brand. Highly recommend this team!

At Trek Fairfax we were warmly greeted and then engaged in conversation about our needs. (Upcoming bike trip in Northeast). Great conversation and ended up buying about $330.00 of clothing for our trip. Great experience.
