- RRRJul 25, 20251.0I have taken several bikes in for various services from for the last 2 years and something always goes wrong. One time I got a new chain and they didn't lubricate it so on the first ride mile from my house as soon as I started climbing a hill I had to turn around. When I brought it back in the service manager was really rude about it. Once they did more work than I requested and was quoted for and still charged me. The giant sign says 24 hour service turn around but it always takes closer to a week even if you aren't ordering parts. I asked about the 24 hour promise and loaning me a bike and the service manager just blew me off. The techs seem competent and are nice but are really overworked and make errors because of it. Service manager is horrible. I now take all my bikes elsewhere even though I have to drive further.
