  Knowledgeable, helpful staff that helped this rookie buyer through the process of getting the correct cycling shoes for my son. John explained the different options, how the shoes attached, and mounted the cleat for us. No pressure, just great information and customer service.

  I bought my Lefty 29'er almost 20 years ago at Genesis and Trek has rebuilt-serviced-fixed my "Oops" expertly throughout the years. I would go nowhere else. I eye up the new Treks like a kid in a candy store every time I am there, but I am too attached to my ole girl. Lol. The team members are awesome and always full of knowledge and great conversation! Thanks Team Trek!

  The service department does fantastic work! They brought the drive train on my 9 year-old 3500 back to life for a very fair price. It's like riding a brand new bike!
