  Bought a new bike there one year ago and have been in maybe four times since then for various reasons. The staff here is consistently pleasant, professional, and friendly. This is an outstanding bike store!

  I had a fantastic experience at Trek Bicycle when I purchased my new bike. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming, patient, and attentive. They took the time to understand what I was looking for and guided me through different options without any pressure. Everyone I interacted with was knowledgeable and clearly passionate about what they do. They explained the features in detail, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident with my choice. They also helped with sizing, accessories, and made sure everything was set up perfectly before I left. It’s rare to find customer service this good—friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. I’m extremely happy with my bike and the overall experience. I highly recommend this Trek location in Dublin to anyone looking for quality products and excellent service!
