Very good trip to Trek, the bike tech helped me with exactly what I needed, and I'm looking forward to shopping here in the future. They have really nice bike's, and accessories for your biking nerds.

Jarrod at the Snyder Plaza location was outstanding. He was incredibly patient, thoughtful, and went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. His passion for cycling really comes through, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about helping customers find exactly what they need. Jason was equally fantastic—he took his time to share his in-depth knowledge and provided excellent guidance. Together, Jarrod and Jason made my experience exceptional. The entire team at this location deserves every bit of a five-star rating. Their professionalism, expertise, and sincere commitment to customer service set them apart.

Went in to leave my wheel and pick it up another day. Warren replaced my tube on the spot and called others to help other customers! Impressive. How often do you get service like that these days?

The staff is very helpful and friendly and as for someone like me who dosen't know the ins and outs of bikes besides surface level bike research I did the day before coming here they make me feel very welcomed and I don't feel bad asking any questions even if they are nooby questions. Didn't feel pressured into buying anything, very helpful and eager to teach me a thing or two and attentive to customers is my reason for the 5 star. Jarrod especially was the young man helping me out on Sunday, good guy and thanks again Jarrod!

While looking at a new bike, I was told two incorrect things that made me question what other information I was given: that it came with a power meter (it did not; the sales associate misunderstood the label) and that I could upgrade any component for whatever the difference was (e.g., if current brakes were $100 and upgraded brakes $200, I only had to pay an extra $100; the sales associate misspoke when explaining this to me). I learned the former after purchasing the bike and latter right before purchasing it. They were happy to take some percentage off the power meter I ended up purchasing, which is appreciated. Besides this, the staff is all very kind, helpful, and attentive to customers. It sounds like everyone else had a good experience and it was a one-off for me, so take this review with a grain of salt.
