- GRGary Rundio5 days ago5.0Had an irritating technical issue with a new FX+1S where it wouldn't pair with my phone, but long story short, new part came in and I went in a half hour before closing thinking I'd just drop it off, the service tech took it right back swapped it out, connected to the mothership in Wisconsin, and I was pairing it to my phone and going through the menus before they closed. Thanks to the sales staff on explaining the differences on e-bikes and the service department for really quick friendly service.

As a new-ish cyclist, I had a lot to learn and he answered every question without simply trying to make a sale or up charge me. A week after my first visit, I returned and he still remembered my interests and bike preferences. My experience with trek was the complete opposite of walking into other bike stores and competitors. I can’t recommend them enough!
