  I was looking for exercise bicycle replacement pedals. They didn't have what I needed. The young man waiting on me was very kind and helpful by looking up the item and telling me the details of where I could get the item. Thanks so much for being gracious and helpful!

  I went in to get some simple maintenance done on my brakes and spokes. The employee told me it would take about four days to fix the spokes since a tech was out, which I completely understood. He then put my bike on the stand to start working on the brakes. I mentioned that I was in a bit of a rush and asked if I could come back later. At that point, he took my bike down and told me to take it and leave since I was “in a rush.” I explained that I really needed my brakes done today, and he said it would have only taken 15 minutes — but repeated that since I was “in a rush,” I should “get going and leave.” I told him I was happy to wait, but he refused to work on my bike and told me to take it to Aggieland Cycling if I needed it done. I left shocked and disappointed. He refused service entirely and made me leave with my bike. I cannot imagine what it would be like to work alongside, be friends with, or be related to someone who treats customers this way.

  I called several times to get information before coming in to purchase a bike for my 7 year old. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient considering I called multiple times with different questions. I received the same helpfulness and knowledge when visiting the store to make my purchase. My son also loves his bike, especially the decals he was able to "customize" it with!

  Tyler was extremely nice and helpful and knowledgeable. His customer service single-handedly made the customer experience a 10/10. He literally watched me ride the bike outside to make sure the seat was fitted correctly.
