  I recently brought in a used mountain bike I’d purchased for my 9-year-old granddaughter to TREK Clear Lake, hoping to get it inspected and tuned up. From the moment I walked in, the staff impressed me with their professionalism, friendliness, and deep knowledge of bikes. They took the time to thoroughly clean and adjust the brakes and shifters, and had the bike ready in just a couple of days. After picking it up, I noticed a minor issue once I got home. I called them, and they were incredibly apologetic and invited me to bring it back in at a time that worked for me. When I returned the next day, they were busy working on other bikes, but kindly asked the owners if they could take a quick look at mine. With a thumbs-up, they jumped right on it—and within minutes, I was walking out the door with everything fixed. These folks truly care about their customers and go above and beyond to make sure everything is right. If you're thinking about getting into cycling or need help with a bike, do yourself a favor and stop by TREK Clear Lake. You’ll be glad you did!

  Trek did a great job repairing my bicycle for me! The replaced all my cables, trued my wheels, new handle bar tape and new chain and cleaned it all up. Very thankful!

  trek bicycles are the best bike I've ever owned even though I thought about buying a specialized bike but since I was on a budget chose trek they have great customer service

  I took my cruiser bike in a couple weeks ago for the minimum tuneup. They did a fantastic job. They were very kind. They did a little extras like adjusting my seat and deep cleaning my mirror. Just amazingly good quality work. I'll be back!
