  After a horrible experience at the Blue Ash Trek location, I’m so glad I didn’t let that stop me from continuing my bike journey. I want to give a huge shoutout to Allison and the entire team at Trek West Chester — they completely turned my experience around! When my husband and I first started our bike journey, we had no idea what we were doing. I absolutely loved my manual bike at first, but over time I realized it wasn’t quite the right fit for the kind of riding I wanted to do. Thankfully, Trek truly stands by their word. Since I was still within my warranty period, I was able to trade it in for the perfect bike — and Allison made the whole process so easy and stress-free. Allison, thank you so much for listening, understanding my needs, and helping me find exactly what works for me. I’ll definitely be back soon for those accessories you recommended.   They recently helped me with a warranty issue on a race bike. they worked with Trek to make sure that I was satisfied and back on the road. They are the best.
