- DCDustin COct 24, 20255.0Bike tech Tyler was courteous, professional super helpful. I picked in a new set of climbing rims from on line, they arrived on Tuesday. I took them for a quick spin Wednesday. They loosened up pretty bad. I had a race on Friday, so I brought them in after work on Thursday to Tyler. He initially said it might take 24hrs to get them fixed. This was understandable but unfortunate. He called me 2 hrs later that trued them up and they were ready to go. I have never had such a quick turnaround on rims. I raced them Friday and they held up awesome. Thx Tyler!
