The only real downside (and it's big one) is that since they are the "Trek Store" the mostly only carry Trek and Bontrager products. It's the closest decent shop to me, and not being able to buy things like Maxxis or Continental tires is a PITA. If you have preferred brand that isn't owned by Trek you're going to have to go elsewhere.
- JRJames RoseOct 14, 20251.0Incredibly expensive tune, they threw out my puncture protectors in my tires despite me asking them 2 times not to and to make sure its in the note, and the back tire ended up with a flat spot. Called them to ask if they recommend any trouble shooting and the guy was INCREDIBLY rude, and short with me. Told me I needed to bring it in but it could take a few days cause they “were slammed.” A few days to correct a mistake you made after I payed you $600? Never going back again. Don’t waste your money, buy tools and supplies you need online and find a youtube video, these guys suck!
