  Very helpful. We were shopping for ebikes and they were able to answer all of our questions with answers that moved our decision making process in a positive manner. We did make a purchase and are very happy with it. Later when we needed a bike rack to transport it, we bought a Thule from them, and again they were right on the money with their recommendations. Highly recommended, and will definitely be back for service and future needs.

  The team at Trek Bicycle Beaver have been so helpful on every occasion we have been in the shop. They go out of their way to offer excellent service. One day we stopped for a quick fix and they helped us before they were actually open for the day. We would recommend them for all of your bicycle needs.

  This Trek store is amazing. We had an issue with a bike not being in stock but Chris found an even better solution and worked with us to make our life easier. We got the bike we wanted, at the price that was right for us, and the customer service from Chris was top notch!!!! Go see Chris for your next cycling needs. We drove in from NE Ohio that how great this customer service is.

  The attention to customer needs and their willingness to take the time to answer questions is exceptional. This is well beyond what you’d typically expect and much better than what I have received at other bike stores. I’ve always had extremely positive experiences with this store. Over the past few years, I’ve purchased three bikes and brought several others in for service. Every interaction has been marked by professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care. It’s clear they’re passionate about both the bikes and the people who ride them.
