  Don’t falsely advertise that they service and repair all makes and models. I was told they cannot service my Marin bike then I have to bring it back to where I bought. They don’t even replace the innertube for me. Can people be more lazier than this?

  It’s interesting how a BIKE shop feels they need their entire half of the parking lot reserved so that the next door tow yard can made bank after closing hours. A rational person might suspect a certain business gets kickbacks from the tow fees.

  The Trek store team gave me the best bike-buying experience I’ve ever had. Mike, the manager, was incredibly knowledgeable and went out of his way to help me upgrade my bike with new handlebars. He even tracked down a charging kit and dropped it off on his day off to make sure I’d have everything ready for my next club ride. Ryan stayed late to install the new handlebars the evening before my ride, and James patiently showed me how to adjust the seat and double-checked everything before I left the store. Jenna was also super helpful and friendly throughout the process. Thanks to their efforts, this is the first bike I’ve bought that made it through its first ride—45 miles at a competitive pace—without a single hitch. The whole team went above and beyond, and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend this Trek store!

  Absolutely top-tier craftsmanship! I brought my bike in with a vision, and Emir brought it to life with precision and flair. The addition of the aerobars on the existing cockpit was customized to fit my new riding style. The final build was not only sleek and functional but most importantly completely free of mechanical hiccups. Everything was dialed in perfectly. It’s rare to find someone who is willing to work on bikes not carried by the store and then use his technical expertise with great attention to detail and care. The more relaxed aero position has allowed me to continue maximizing my watts output, and the streamlined setup has noticeably reduced drag, making my rides faster and more efficient. I couldn’t be happier with the result!

  If you get the chance to work with Kevin you will be set. He is knowledgeable and has the best interest in the customer always (just like the rest of the store employees). Could not recommend this shop more as everyone I have had the pleasure of working with when I go into the shop is friendly, accommodating and there to genuinely help you find what you need. Clarendon Trek is the best!
