He took the time to explain the differences between hard tails, full suspension, and no suspension bikes. The array of bike that the store caries to include e-bike is very impressive. the Rep also took the time to explain bike servicing - 1st on is on the house; and they also registered the bikes with Trek, which I truly appreciated. Absolutely will recommend this Trek shop to my friends without any reservation.Keep up the good work
