Had a great experience at trek in Alamo, Alfred was fantastic. He got me into the right bike and was extremely knowledgeable. Would recommend this bike shop to anybody? Ask for Alfred. He was great.

They seem to cater to Trek bikes, which is largely the brand they sell. I brought my wife's Pivot in for a tune up, and while they did it, they turned up their nose and initially didn't want to. Odd behavior for a full service bike shop.
