This place is horrible I’m not sure why it’s in business. Has bed bugs and the new housekeeping supervisor is HORRIBLE! I do not recommend.

Depressing place. Mildew smell. Probably easy to get a place. It has atmosphere of a nursing home.

My mom has been at Treemont for about a year, and her experience has been deeply disappointing and frustrating. From day one, the apartment had a roach infestation and mold in the ceiling from a leaking A/C — serious issues that should never be present, especially in a senior living facility. Despite submitting multiple maintenance requests (three or more), nothing has been done. There’s been zero follow-up. They've also made changes to food service, raising prices while lowering the quality, which impacts residents who are already on fixed incomes. Even more alarming is the lack of security. On several nights, the main entrance was left open after 10 PM, and no one was at the front desk. That’s not just poor service — it's dangerous. Treemont has completely failed to provide a safe and supportive environment. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The place is nice, but recently they stopped serving hot food. Now it's cold food in Styrofoam containers. I'm sure they're saving money, but this was a poor choice. I just saw this response, "We're sorry for the negative experience, dining changes were implemented after consulting residents and our current plan is what the majority wanted. Please let our management team know how we can improve and we will work to come up with a plan that is best for everyone who lives here." That's a flat out lie. I've only been here and hour and every resident that I talked to are upset about these changes, it's certainly not what the majority wanted.
