  Doc lopez was so kind and understanding with my problem. He made you feel comfortable and like you were not bothering him.the assistants were all very nice. They talked to you like a person not a patient.

  I had terrible experiences with dentists in greater Hartford, CT for years. So, I remembered my first encounter with Dr. Jonathan Trecker at the U. Conn Dental Clinic more than 30 years ago. I remembered his exceptional diligence, attention and care. So, I googled his name and located his practice in Springfield, Mass. Then, I drove the 30 plus minutes to his office and was given a speedy appointment to fix my bridge that came unglued. A few weeks later, my daughter had a cleaning and exam. She was told that she needed none of the procedures that a predatory Newington, CT practice recommended. Dr. Trecker and Dr. Lopez restored my faith in humanity. Really.

  Absolutely wonderful experience as a new patient. They do a thorough new patient exam, schedule you for a cleaning, and discuss all their findings with you in your first visit. The front desk staff is so warm and welcoming. The hygienists and other assistants are so kind and explain everything they’re doing. Dr. Lopez was knowledgeable and very friendly. 10/10 would recommend!
