  This company overcharged us by $90 for their services. They quoted us $200 to come out to our home and check our sprinkler system . The bill ended up being $280, with no explanation of the additional charges. They came back out to fix our back flow because they didn't have the parts the first time and charged us for another visit. They never quoted us the expense on this back flow fix but it ended up being $130. When I asked the tech about the expense he said the lady in the office would quote us, she did not. Last time we had a back flow fix it was $40, and they gave us pricing upfront. I spoke to Broady a supervisor and he had no explanation for overcharging us, he said thats the bill and there was nothing he was willing to do. He did not care what so ever about their dishonesty and subsequent overcharging of a customer.
