  My experience with TravyLink has been great! When the economy was booming Jenay and her team were moving my RV in and out with the different rentals. Making sure everything went smoothly and any hiccups that arose she promptly took care of them. Even as the economy took a turn Jenay and her team didn’t stop and throw their hands up. They still went to work promoting the RVs to drive as much business as possible and still keeping up with maintenance and any other issues that may have arisen. If you are interested in renting out your RV TravyLink is the way to go. They will take care of you and your RV!

  I regret to share a highly disappointing experience with TravyLink. Despite a previous positive encounter, our recent consignment agreement to rent out our camper turned into a nightmare. The camper didn't rent out at all during the busy season, and when we investigated, previous renters revealed poor communication, shady behavior, and unanswered questions from TravyLink. Upon terminating the agreement due to non-performance, we were blindsided by unexpected storage fees that were never discussed or outlined in the initial consignment agreement. Legal intervention became necessary, and instead of a professional response, we faced unprofessional remarks from JeNay about consulting an attorney. To add to the frustration, keys were promised to be mailed after pickup, but they were not, causing additional complications. The camper was eventually sold, and the new owner urgently needed the keys. Despite multiple attempts to contact JeNay, there was no response. In summary, TravyLink's poor communication and questionable business practices make it highly advisable to steer clear, whether you're a potential renter or an owner considering consignment. This negative review is regrettable, but the lack of communication and fulfillment of commitments left me with no alternative.
