  So easy to communicate with customer service. 1 arrived dented-their follow through with confirming photos etc, getting a new one to us was impressive. And then labels for the items received were mistakenly thrown away at our storage facility. For such a small request, they were incredible in finding us a new sheet of labels and mailing them to us. First class service for what was not a significantly large order.

  Had a very good experience with Trashcans Unlimited. The online ordering process was easy and when it came to the order itself they were very communicative regarding lead-times, shipping, etc. One of the products we received ended up being damaged in shipping (not Trashcan's fault) and the staff at Trashcans were very prompt and upfront in getting the item replaced. I highly recommend them.

  Bought 12 plastic trashcans with dark blue tops for $4400. Overpriced and wrong color tops. They were understanding and sent black tops instead. Had to keep old ( wrong) blue tops bc they were used and charged me for new tops. Another $1700. remember, these are all plastic and they misrepresented the color blue. Since then, I noticed that they have removed the color that was advertised. Will not use them again !!
