Maybe it's just me, but I found navigating the Medicare system incredibly confusing (leave it to the government). Tim had all of the answers, all of the time, and answered my stupid questions with patience and clarity. Lastly, 2 years later, he still is incredibly attentive to my questions, answering my emails within hours. I can't recommend his services highly enough...
