  I have relied on Ditto Transcripts on several occasions in the past year. I reside in a rural area and could not find anyone offering this service and when I would contact others who offer this service in larger areas, the wait time and/or cost were a challenge. I found Ditto Transcripts online, reached out, and was immediately contacted by the Director of Operations who went ABOVE and BEYOND to stay in touch, discuss the services offered, and connect me with his team. He continued to be involved throughout the entire process ensuring my needs were met. I selected the timeframe I needed the transcript prepared by and the cost was extremely reasonable. I was able to get the service I was in need of with personalized contact that left me feeling secure about trusting Ditto Transcripts with documents in need of an expedited turnaround time. This is why I continue to rely on Ditto Transcripts for transcription services. Everyone on the Ditto Transcripts team that I came into contact with after my initial interaction with the Director of Operations kept me updated and provided me with a personalized experience that I initially thought I would only find if I hired someone locally. They proved me wrong and will continue to get my business!

  This group does a nice job. I havent used many transcription service providers, but I've worked with enough companies to know good service when I it presents itself. If you're looking for a good transcription service, Ditto Transcripts should be at the top of your list.

  Excellent communication, super timely and very easy to work with. Contact form, upload your file and give you an estimate based on time and length and they send you an invoice in the transcripts come by Email. Could not have been an easier experience.

  Ditto Transcripts did a great job for us transcribing data from a recent court event that we participated in and needed to have a transcript forwarded to another entity. We called Ditto and shared our data file with them. They were extremely efficient and converted it within the time frame they committed to performing and shared it with us. I happily recommend their services to anyone looking for this type of service and know that I will utilize them in the future.
