Would leave a zero if I could. Set up payment plan and automatic payment. School made an adjustment to my bill, so called to have installment plan adjusted, which they did. But the automatic payment was not reinstated, so I get hit with a late fee that they won’t refund bc it’s after the grace period. I’m sorry but if it’s been setup why I’m checking for nonpayment. Of course, they wait until after the grace period to scare Student to death, who then alerts me.
Again, they know this will happen and are so happy to collect their fee. These schools should be embarrassed to use such services that charge ridiculous installment rates to begin with.
Make sure you don’t get Hari Krishnan as a service rep bc you sure won’t get any service from him. He’s dreadful.

Id give a 0 or negative star review, but 1 will do. Paying extra for tuition and fees just because I am paying with a debit card is insane. More than likely banking hundreds of millions every 4 months as a result of this inconvenience.
