- DHDonald HubbardOct 18, 20251.0Bad management . Lies in person, on the phone, and in their replies to reviews. Edit: I’ve reached out to management; but they’ve done nothing to remedy the situation. They refuse to even acknowledge they did anything wrong, even when presented with proof. My recommendation to other renters: read your lease thoroughly (they have lied about what it says in the past), keep records of every interaction with the office (keep emails and texts; record calls [IN is a one party state, the only one that needs to consent to recording a conversation you are part of is you]), and don’t pay attention to their intimidation tactics, like threatening legal action when you leave reviews; there’s a reason there are so many reviews up that have them saying they’ll pursue legal action to have the review taken down, they can’t, they’re just trying to get people to stop leaving bad reviews instead of doing anything to fix the complaints.

They push to keep the property clean and safe for all residents. They Offer a nice and clean gym, very calming pool area, and pet play area. Rent is affordable, WiFi included. I would recommend anyone to stay at Trails at Lakeside. Quintez Hunt-318
