- GIGrace IsshikiJun 1, 20221.0We built a home by Richmond in the Seasons at Trailmark section. They will use all of the sales tactics and prey on your desperation to sell you a home quickly. Construction crew is lacking, and warranty department after you close is atrocious as well. Lack of communication and professionalism. If you are looking for quality homebuilding and good, even decent, customer service, look elsewhere. Buyer beware.
