Traditions Health is a hospice care provider serving Glen Allen and its surrounding communities. We provide skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, counseling, and more. Our hospice team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and includes physicians, skilled nurses, medical social workers, volunteers, and chaplains who provide patient-centered care during the final phases of a patient’s disease process. Care is provided where those in need call "home", so they can be surrounded by what they treasure most. They walked with us through the ending of my mother’s long journey with Alzheimers and I will always be grateful for their support. My mother was able to die in peace with dignity thanks to them.

My husband had a peaceful dying experience thinks to their pain control, soft music playing from the therapist and lavender essence fragrance to help make it peaceful and calm. He was surrounded by his family in a peaceful loving environment. They could not have been better.
