This review is a long time coming. I'm a very happy long time client of Traci Hollander State Farm. She and her team, people like Heather Love, are the best. I have my auto and home with them and have referred more than 100 friends and clients to them over the years. They always do what is right for the client, even if it is to recommend someone else. Eva Lee is amazing. In considering whether to take out a new life insurance policy, I found Eva to be extremely helpful, responsive, and thoughtful throughout the entire process (she even provided important information that I did not think to ask). I'm grateful for the excellent customer service, and happy to be a State Farm customer.

I've worked with Traci and her team for nearly 6 years now and they've always been great to work with. From car insurance, to renters insurance, and unfortunately even car accident events, they have helped me through it all.
I recently had to insure an engagement ring and watch and Eva was a pleasure to work with! She was very responsive, helpful guiding me through the process, and most importantly, patient! She even went above and beyond to provide recommendations regarding future appraisals that I should be thinking about every few years to ensure my property is insured for the appropriate amounts as they appreciate in value.
