  My experience with an online order— The item I received was broken. After multiple attempts to contact about the issue, I did not receive assistance. I get it, things happen. I just wanted what I paid for in working condition, especially since it was a birthday present for my daughter. I sent proof of the issue, received rude replies and have since been ignored. Owner claimed that I did not know how to operate the toy which is a joke because I also have the same one at my daycare and was buying a second one for my daughter. Super disappointed, will order from somewhere with greater integrity in the future.

  They are very nice they will help you find the fidget I have autism they understand how it is they know what fidgets I like I get tangles toys

  Such a cool store! I will definitely be returning when I need to buy toys. There is a huge selection of high quality toys at reasonable prices. They also have games, books, and candy! I would much rather support a local business over a big box store, and this is a great one to support! It is wonderful to be able to browse in person and find that perfect gift. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall great experience.
