Just gonna state some facts: 1. Rent is cheap. 2. Deposit is $200, and another $200 deposit for each pet, ALONG with $10 added to your rent per pet. 3. Can't smoke weed. 4. Every 3 months its MANDATORY that you take EVERYTHING from your cabinets, cupboards and countertops to spray for pest. Failure to do so will resort in a $50 fine. 5. There will be a time when you are not allowed to be in your apt for atleast 8hrs due to a pest control, and if you are found in your apt doing this time period then you are charge $100. 6. You are only allowed to wash your clothes from 9am-9pm M-F.
