  I received my first monthly report and had no idea what it meant. I called and spoke to Dante, and he meticulously went through every item and explained everything what it meant and the trajectory of the campaign I couldn’t be more pleased with the service, knowledge and ease of communication

  *UNPROFESSIONAL*UNPROFESSIONAL* Townsquare Interactive is by far the worst company I dealt with. Their staff are the true definition of unprofessional. They built a site that looks like my 3yr old did it after multiple times I said I do not approve the person who built it kept saying it’s going live even after I didn’t approve of it. This is when it gets unprofessional he had the nerve to tell me why did I sign up with the service if I didn’t want that website mind you I said mirror my existing website and it wasn’t even 10% look alike. They promise you the world they show you website that most likely wasn’t even them who built it to then turn around and deliver a website that looks like a group of pre school kids built it. They sweet talk you just to take the first payment by the way they will not do anything until you make your payment the first month. See attached picture from the account manager how unprofessional a week later and no call that’s when I said I’m done don’t charge my card even afterwards I still didn’t get a call instead I got an email from their system saying your service end on 10/28/2025. You guys are thieves, unprofessional, disorganized, inconsistent, and a whole bunch of empty promises. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TOWNSQUARE INTERACTIVE

  SCAM!! SCAM!! SCAM!! THESE PEOPLE HAVE CONTINUED TAKING THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS OUT OF MY ACCOUNT AFTER CANCELING!! I WAS WITH THEM FOR MONTHS AND NEVER RECEIVED ONE PHONE CALL FROM A CUSTOMER! ON TOP OF THAT, I HAVE CANCELED SEVERAL TIMES AND THEY CONTINUE TO TAKE MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. I JUST WOKE UP THIS MORNING TO FIND OUT THEY TOOK NEARLY $1,000.00 MORE FROM MY ACCOUNT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH SEVERAL DIFFERENT MANAGERS OVER THE COURSE OF THE LAST SEVERAL DIFFERENT DAYS. EVERYONE ASSURED ME THAT NO MORE MONEY WOULD BE TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT. AND EVERYTHING HAD BEEN CANCELED. THIS HAS HAPPENED SEVERAL TIMES OVER THE LAST FEW MONTHS.

  I would just like to say that my experience with Liz has been extremely outstanding although there is a nice bunch of people that work at Town Square they really could take a lesson from Liz and professionalism due diligence and especially being a great listener and paying attention to detail. Liz is an excellent Problem Solver and as a business owner I respect that. Although I have not been greatly satisfied with the results of my campaign Liz has no reflection to that she is doing her best 110% to get us better notice on Google and I appreciate her effort.

  EXCELLENT, TIRELESS ... We recently hit a small snag with one of our mass communication accounts, and the indefatigable Ms. Porshe from Townsquare went above and beyond to get everything back on track. She worked tirelessly for weeks—handling inquiries, responding to document requests, and advocating for us every step of the way. Her professionalism, persistence, and genuine care truly stood out. Thanks to her dedication, what could have been a major disruption turned into just a brief hiccup. We’re very grateful for the exceptional service and support from Ms. Porshe and the entire Townsquare team! Thanks !!!
