  Ashleigh, Tracy, Susan, Lisa + maintenance is the true definition of a DREAM TEAM. During this past week they have all accommodated me and made sure I was satisfied while my apartment was undergoing repairs. I am truly thankful for each and every one of them. I’ve been staying at this complex nearly 2 years and they have always been extremely helpful. They are definitely the best leasing office staff I’ve come across. Thank you Town Station for your customer service and support. It doesn’t go unnoticed.

  Tracy and her team, Susan and Pete are always kind, helpful and personable. I always enjoy my time when I stop-in the Office to speak with them.

  Scheduled a tour. Made sure it wasn’t a self tour. Called a few days prior to confirm and was answered by a call center. Showed up on time and waited 25 minutes. No employees in sight. Got a text at 1pm confirming the 10am appointment for that day. Wouldn’t want to imagine the problems of living there if this is how they operate.

  I’ve only lived here for a few weeks, but so far this has been the greatest apartment community I’ve ever lived in (and I’ve lived in a LOT). The office is so incredibly accommodating it’s AMAZING. First of all, I self toured one of the apartments and loved it so I applied. I originally applied for an apartment at the lofts (which is different than just the town station apartments. This was something I wasn’t aware of - but totally my fault for not double checking). The space was beautiful but didn’t work great for me and my two kids. When I told the office I was unhappy they let me know they had a 30 day love it or leave it policy (which is unheard of at other apartments!) so they allowed me to switch to one of the other apartments- they didn't charge me extra and made sure I LOVED it this time around. The entire staff has been wonderful but especially Lisa and the manager Tracy. This company isn’t money hungry trying to slap you with a fee any chance they get! Now for the apartment- the space is wonderful! It’s very large and VERY WELL INSULATED! Another feature that is unheard of in apartments! I almost never hear any of the neighbors. An occasional toilet flush here or there and sometimes a vacuum- but it is sooo quiet compared to other places I’ve lived. I haven’t seen a single bug since I’ve lived here which is a big plus being it’s late spring in NC. All of the people I’ve met in my building are sweet as can be. So far the only downside I’ve noticed is the appliances. The fridge is very basic without an ice maker (not a big deal by any means), the dishwasher is veryyy small with barely enough room for tall cups on the top rack and barely room for pots and pans on the bottom, and the washer and dryer also follow suit in being very small. You have to do pretty small loads and the dryer struggles to dry even small loads- a con but not a dealbreaker. Overall these apartments are wonderful and the staff is amazing.
