  The staff and Dr. Jenkins are wonderful!!! The products they sell online and in clinic are great ! Never had a problem getting in Always clean and nice. Thank you Tammy Ramsey & Gus gus

  My 2.5 year old dog was stung by a bee and had an anaphylactic reaction. It was after 5 on a Friday evening all the vets were closed except Town and Country. We are 40 minutes from the emergency vet. I called them in a panic as my dog was most likely gonna die in my arms. They met us at the door and took great care of her. Forever grateful for the care they provided and professionalism from all staff we encountered.

  We are incredibly grateful to Town & Country Veterinary Hospital for their compassion and quick response during a very stressful night. After our dog was attacked by another dog, we saw they were open until 10 PM and walked in without calling ahead. The staff welcomed us immediately, and their calm, kind demeanor helped ease our anxiety from the moment we arrived. They took our dog back quickly, assessed his injuries, and treated the bite wounds with care and professionalism. The veterinarian took time to speak with us directly, explain the injuries, and reassure us that our dog would be okay. That level of communication meant the world to us in the moment. Thankfully, our pup is doing well—and honestly, we’re pretty sure we were more traumatized than he was. We can’t thank the team at Town & Country enough for being there when we needed them most. Highly recommended for anyone looking for skilled, compassionate veterinary care—especially in an emergency.

  This hospital is hands down the best pet hospital in the area. All the staff is always wonderful and the standard of care is WAY above and beyond in our experience. I would like to specifically recognize Dr. Richards. We are so pleased with all she did for our guinea pig over the years, and were blown away by the level of her kindess and compassion for us when we came to the difficult decision to have to euthanize our furbaby. Dr. Richards is a class act and a fantastic doctor. Town and Country is incredibly fortunate to have her on their team and we are so grateful she is too! We appreciate you Dr. Thank you for being an example of someone whose heart is truly in their career.
