- MRmadelyn ralstonOct 5, 20251.0Don’t come here if you have a big dog. My dog is a great dane she was acting very different after her appointment, flinching & crying after being pet. We discovered small cuts all down her back and up her neck. After being taken to the vet they confirmed her injuries were related to being groomed a day before. My dog wouldn't eat for 3 days after this appointment and again, was acting like a completely different dog. She was traumatized it was truly awful seeing her like that. Leaving my dog in the care of town and country a place that once felt safe is sadly not. I will absolutely never put my dog through that experience again. The staff always seem very nice but again be careful of who you leave your pet with I'm not sure what happened to my girl but I know I will never be bringing her to town & country ever again

The little cat condos that they stay in are absolutely adorable. The cat room is very nice. This was our first time boarding any of our pets, and we were a little worried about boarding Beverly because she was a rescue. Town & country pet Care center took excellent care of our cat Beverly. Throughout the week we called in to check on her and get updates. They were always happy to give us updates and answer any and all questions. Our cat Beverly seemed to really enjoy the play time she had scheduled with the staff. If you are looking for somewhere that your four-legged family member could stay while your family is on vacation look no further than Town & country pet care center. They gave time and attention to our cat Beverly like she was their own. We will definitely use them in the future if the need arises again..

What vaccinations does my dog need to stay at Town & Country?
We’re very proud of our outstanding health and safety record here at our resort, and this is due in part to our vaccination requirements. We currently require proof of vaccination for rabies, DHLPP (distemper), Bordetella, and canine influenza.
Who is looking after my dog?
At Town & Country Pet Care Center, all team members are compassionate, highly-trained pet lovers who are also often pet parents themselves. Plus, you can enjoy extra peace of mind knowing our owners live right on the premises. Your pet’s wellbeing and happiness is the most important thing— every pet receives a thorough wellness check every day as well as plenty of attention and TLC.
Can my multiple dogs stay together?
Yes! We have spacious accommodations perfect for multi-dog families.
What are your drop off and pick up hours?
Please feel free to drop off and pick up your pet any time during our operating hours.
Monday-Saturday 8am-5pm
Sunday 11am-3pm
Should I bring my pet’s bedding and toys?
We have more than enough soft, clean bedding and fun toys to go around, so there’s no need to bring any from home.
What about their food?
We highly recommend bringing your pet’s usual food to keep them on the diet they’re accustomed to. However, we do have a high-quality pet food available for no charge if you forget to bring yours.
Can you administer medications?
Yes, we’re able to provide most medications including insulin. Please bring all medications in their original containers with clear, written instructions.
Can you accommodate special needs pets?
We’re equipped to provide excellent care to pets with many kinds of special needs including diabetes, hearing/vision impairment, mobility issues, and many others. When you call to make your reservation, we’ll discuss how we can accommodate your pet.

Where are you located?
Town & Country Pet Care Center is in Langhorne, PA at 393 Langhorne Ave, just 15 minutes off I-95 and the PA Turnpike.
What vaccinations are required for cat lodging?
For the safety and health of our feline guests, we require vaccinations for rabies and FVRCP.
I have multiple cats, can they stay together?
Of course. Our cat condos can be adjoined to give your feline family extra space to lounge and relax.
Should I bring my cat’s food?
We highly recommend bringing your cat’s usual food to keep them on the same diet they’re used to. However, if you forget yours we do have a high-quality food available for no charge.
