  I cannot give enough praise about the stellar response from the time I called yesterday after my garage door opener broke and I spoke with the with the scheduler to the prompt follow-up and efficiency of the installer, Brian. He was exceedingly courteous and frank about my 30-year-old garage door unit being passed its prime. He did not try to upsell me but explained thoroughly all the options of different units. This is my second experience with Town & Country and Brian. 5 years ago during covid when I first bought my house I had an issue and at the time they did not try to sell me on a unit but replaced a component and I got another 5 years out of my garage door for a 150 dollars. I cannot recommend them enough for their honesty, efficiency and stellar performance. Don't hesitate to give them a call!

  Justin was fantastic. Very up front about the cost and expectations as well as giving me options on new garage door openers. He came back to install my new units and completed them quickly and professionally.

  I had Town and country come out to perform replacement of a broken spring(s). The service person was Gary, and he was totally professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I have used Town & country for over 15 years now, and will continue to recommend them to others.👍

  The employees at Town & Country Door are very knowledgeable and very reliable. I live in a condo association and they have serviced multiple homes in the community I live in. Highly recommend using Town & Country Door.

  I called because my door was getting difficult to open. They told me if they couldn't fix my problem, there was no charge. Well, that's a pretty good deal. The first tech who came out almost immediately told me he was not very familiar with my type of ddoor.And I appreciated that. He did attempt a few minor adjustments, but no change, and no charge. He called the office and scheduled Brian to come out, who he said really knew that door type. A day later Brian came out, assessed the problem, made a couple of adjustments and BAM, the door worked great! He even fixed another small problem. I paid the reasonable service fee and now I have a working door again. I would highly recommend them.
