- JJJames Partsch jrNov 15, 20241.0After several attempts to work with this company, our experience has been mixed. The initial interaction over a year ago was positive—we received a quote and began budgeting for whole-house insulation. However, after that, communication completely stopped. Despite numerous calls, emails, and messages, we could not get anyone to follow up, leading us to leave a one-star review at the time. After the review, Town reached out promptly and made efforts to re-establish communication. We appreciated their attempts to address the situation and gave them a second chance. Unfortunately, while things started off well with a new salesperson and some back-and-forth calls, communication again broke down, and several weeks have now passed without any updates or follow-through. We have again reengaged to see if this was a miss on our end or theirs and again were reassured we would get a call back for the job and again were left in the dark. Three times and we realize it is not worth continuing to try and engage. We understand that life and business can throw challenges at any company, and we’ve done our best to remain patient. However, repeated lapses in communication and unmet expectations have eroded our confidence. While other customers seem to have had wonderful experiences, this has not been our reality. We respect the company for making an effort to address the initial issues, but consistency in service is critical. After one final attempt to work with this company we were again told multiple times someone would get back to us and to no avail. We finally went another direction.

They were extremely polite , cleaned up everything and did an amazing job! Matt especially was great. Answered all my questions! I would definitely use them again for future work around my home!!
