The women who answered the phone was very rude and nasty. "This must be a matter of life and death we don't open till 830a." Will not be wasting my time or money with this business

I called and made sure they had the part i needed before hand and they told me they had it so I drove a 3 hour round trip to get here. Then I sit there for an hour just for them to tell me the part was missing! This is ridiculous. I definitely don’t recommend.
