  Wow! I prefer to shop local and I'm so happy I chose Tottens. 100% top notch in every way. As someone in customer service, I have high expectations when I make a purchase, especially a large one. Brett is phenomenal. Amazing communication every step of the process, as well as friendly and knowledgeable. Installation took less than a day and was efficient. The best part are my new, beautiful floors. I am obsessed with them and will be making more upgrades. The transformation was incredible. You absolutely cannot go wrong with Tottens. You've got a repeat customer for life. Thank you.

  Brett came out to our condo and measured the square footage for new vinyl flooring. All I can say, is excellent service and communication working with Brett. He had Caleb install our new flooring and we are 100 % satisfied from the beginning to the end of the process! We definitely will be using Tottens in the future for any additional flooring needs !

  Excellent selection of beautiful carpets. Told Brett what we were looking for, he showed us exactly what he thought would be best.And we will be going with it. Can't wait to see my new carpet once it is installed.

  We love Tottens. We built in 2010 and our current carpet is still holding well (from Tottens) no stretching or anything. We recently had them install carpet in to our basement and they did an excellent job. They have top of the line customer service and ensure the customer is pleased. We will 💯 always use them. Their products and installers do an amazing job! Thank you Tottens!
