  I have been a Total Recon customer for nearly nine years, long before they were a Tesla Repair shop. Total Recon was recommended by friends who own Bentley cars. I own Toyota and a Corvette they have always treated my cars with the same great service as my friend's more expensive cars. Three years ago I needed service on my 2016 Avalon and they made their usual terrific repairs but advised me that now they work exclusively on Tesla's, however, if i needed a repair I should call, and they would try to help. Recently, I did call for their incredible detail service, spoke to Darwin Medina who invited me to come in. Dervin is an Estimator who gave me the same wonderful service I had come to expect, Total Recon agreed to detail my car and now my 2016 Avalon looks like it is almost new Total Recon continues to exceed my expectations. I wish everyone could experience the service that Total Recon provides. I could buy Tesla just so I could bring it to Darwin and Total Recon.

  I just wanted to share my recent experience with Total Recon and express my heartfelt gratitude. I recently brought in my Model Y for repair and from start to finish, I received OUTSTANDING customer support from Will and Jonathan! Their level of professionalism and attention to detail at each stage of the process truly put me at ease. It was evident that my car received the highest level of care. Before Total Recon became a Tesla Collision repair center, I had always brought all my cars in for either a detail or repair through insurance. Seeing Total Recon thrive and elevate its services to the next level brings me immense joy. It speaks volumes about every staff member and the quality of their work.   Hands down the best shop I’ve ever dealt with, Tesla or otherwise. Top notch customer service, attention to detail, and fantastic communication. Made dealing with my car repair so smooth and effortless. Special shout out to Nick for all the help over the phone. They all go above and beyond what I ever could have expected.
