  Everything involving Total Entertainment was excellent! Great and responsive customer service, fair prices and hassle free delivery. I made my request a bit last minute and really appreciated the team being able to accommodate it. I will definitely reach out in the future if we need their services. I would definitely recommend them!

  I very rarely leave reviews, but this experience was so exceptional that it deserves one. Truly, everything part of this process was fantastic - from the initial call to ask questions and understand options, to selecting the right bounce house, to the seamless set up and delivery. The entire crew was friendly, helpful and professional at every step. I couldn't be happier and will absolutely use them again!

  Total Entertainment made our corporate casino night event in Cambridge a huge success! Rich, Anabelle, and their team were responsive, professional, and added thoughtful touches that made the event standout. The dealers were fantastic, and Elvis showing up was the ultimate highlight. Would highly recommend Total Entertainment for your next casino event.

  We hired Total Entertainment for our daughter’s 5th birthday party and couldn’t be happier! The bouncy house was a huge hit, and Pete Jackson the magician absolutely wowed the kids they were laughing, amazed, and totally engaged the entire time. Everything was smooth, professional, and fun from start to finish. We highly recommend Total Entertainment for any kids’ party they truly know how to make it magical!

  We rented the all in one sports inflatable this weekend and it was a 10/10!! We’ve used this company many times and they’ve always been super prompt and professional. Kids had an absolute blast and it actually kept the kids super contained as well. Could not recommend more!
