  Total Comfort H&C did not waste any time upon arriving. From their many years in experience they were able to diagnose our HVAC issue. One tech communicated to the other, went to the truck to retrieve the part that was needed....BOOM! And then they were done. They even performed a check of our freon to make sure that we were at the correct levels.

  After almost 2 years of issues with my AC units, Jack didn't just get the AC running while he was here, he actually fixed the issue. I thank him for that. I've lost thousands of dollars dealing with other companies just 2 months ago. I'm forever grateful and you guys have a forever customer in me!

  I was assigned TCH&C through my home warranty, and I’m so glad I was. The technicians were professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home. They explained the process clearly, completed the work in a timely manner. They did an excellent job! They replaced my HVAC with a brand new unit inside and out. The installation was completed on time, quickly, and correctly. Everything was set up neatly, and they cleaned the work area before leaving. Jeremy was very knowledgeable and made sure the installation was done right. Paul and Cody did an outstanding job as well. The team was friendly, professional, and kept me informed throughout the process. Kim’s customer service was wonderful getting everything scheduled. I highly recommend this company!
