  We had a bit of an unexpected emergency when our AC went out while we were out of state for an extended period of time. We had a house full of dogs & a dog sitter staying there, so our old, broken AC wasn’t an option. From the very first call, through installation of the new unit, servicing the unit to replacing the thermostat, Total Climate control has been an absolute Godsend. They’ve answered every question, educated us on the system, new thermostat and even monitored it for us when we were unable to do it ourselves. Above & beyond is an understatement. Their knowledge, professionalism & attentiveness is only enhanced by the fact that every person we have met that’s involved with this company have been genuinely good people who care about their customers & their products. We really cannot recommend them enough. We are forever customers!

  I had a 3 ton Daikin mini-split system installed in my shop building. The price was very fair; over 25% less than the 2 other estimates I got for the same equipment! The owner and his crew were very polite, professional, and informative. The installation was very well done and the crew finished it in one day. I could not be happier and will be calling Total Climate Control for any future work.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Jeff, the owner, came highly recommended and personally helped me. He was extremely responsive and went above and beyond to save my condo rentals during a stretch of high heat. Jeff provided the best solution, patiently explained everything, and was most professional throughout the process. He truly stands by his work and puts the customer first. Being certified to work on condo systems, he understands the unique challenges and handled them with ease. I was very impressed with both his knowledge and dedication. I highly recommend Total Climate Control to anyone in need of HVAC services!

  I have 5 AC units, a large walk-in cooler & an ice machine @ my business & an AC unit @ my house. TCC has me on the maintenance programm & they always have kept everything running perfectly & everything nice & cold. I have put my trust in this team of men & they have never let me down. They always try to keep my cost as low as possible. They understand the true meaning of tightening the purse strings. I like to know they have my back & I know I get the best for my buck. Thank you Minh, Jeff, Kevin & Chris, You Rock🤟🏼
