  Before calling this company be aware That they have so far the highest service charge I found. They charge $109 for the first appliance and even though they’re going to the same exact location, they’ll charge $75 for the second! The original idea of the service fee was to make up for the time and gas of the trip so why two charges oh because you can get away with it no thanks! These companies need to post these fees on their website and infirm customers BEFORE, but they wait unless you ask which I did. These upfront service fees were supposed to be t”rip charges” which makes sense, but why a second fee if no other trip. Because u can get away with it? That’s called gouging I will take my work elsewhere.

  Two weeks ago I requested a warranty service then I was told by TL appliance that you do not service my area. The guy that serviced me says we’re in your area three days a week so I was delayed a two week warranty service dishwasher repair was performed perfectly and it is running good presently

  Joe was prompt and quick to go about his work. I added checking for a gas leak and he took it in stride. He narrated what he was doing in a very helpful way. Verified the issue I called about and found no gas leak. Told me to call if we smelled anything further. Excellent visit.

  Joe showed up on time, knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it and did so in a professional and respectful manner. I would definitely have him back to do any other repairs that may be needed.

  Awful. Overcharged, didn’t fix anything, were going to let me spend $1100 to fix a microwave… really? I could buy 8 microwaves for that. Called to complain about being overcharged and never got a call back after they said they would check the tapes.just a very shady business and will never be using them again. *service call done at family members home but paid for by me and I was there while service call was conpleted*
