- TTTIA TIA1 day ago1.0On 10/21, my loved ones were celebrating a birthday and had the WORST experience due to our server and her even ruder manager. It is a nice facility, but I don’t recommend especially because I would hate for anyone to experience the unwarranted treatment that we did. It is a small venue. Despite poor service such as difficulty contacting our server for napkins, ordering, etc. we were extremely patient. Not only was there a dead bug in the appetizer, our server hesitated to refund us the $12 measly dollars and became argumentative. My party of 8 (who were all ready to leave btw) can attest to this interaction because we were waiting for our server to return our cards and change she held for 30 minutes. The manager agreed to refund but our server took it upon her self to return with a game coupon instead. She attempted to bully us into taking it but that was not the agreement. The manager returned and PURPOSEFULLY SNATCHED the game coupon out of the customer’s hand as she returned the $12 . Stating the customer could no longer have it. We never wanted it. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS !!! As someone who formally worked in hospitality, this was grossly mishandled

The servers were so nice, the golf games had so many options to choose from, and the place was very clean. They always had music playing but we could still hear ourselves think. I would totally recommend this place to anybody!🙂🙂🙂🤩🤩so much fun!!
