  Kind and quick service. I'm not a fan of the serving size of food for the price, but at least it tastes good. We ran late on a morning reservation, so we lost time that was paid for. Our fault, but it was dead enough to offer to extend our time for an extra cost. I feel like we could've got our whole 2 hours we paid for because there was space/time available.

  Food was a joke for the prices. The bays we were at didnt register alot of our shots, making the games unplayable. Had to spend 15 minutes of our bay time putting in names and registering people. Alot of money for not much fun.

  Me and the husband had a great experience. The staff was very hospitable. The lemon pepper boneless wings here are better than the NY location.Thats a big deal to me as a New Yorker I appreciate good food. I wish I remember the waitresses name but I dont. She was so kind and attentive. Checked on us regularly and asked questions to help us as it was our 1st time there. This place is the reason that we went to the one in new york now. And I have to say, this one in orlando is running things a lot better. Good job guys. Thanks for a great time.

  I attended a corporate event here and while the presentation went well, the food was extremely spicy. Afterward, guests were supposed to relax and play golf, but before we could even ask questions, a staff member named Brandon told us to leave because another event was coming in. I understand schedules can be tight, but the way it was said came off as very rude and unprofessional. It’s not what you say it’s how you say it. Unfortunately, this experience left a bad impression, and I wouldn’t book an event here.

  I recently visited this Topgolf and was extremely disappointed with how Phil and K handled our reservation. We checked in and were told we'd be placed on the waitlist. We later received a text that our bay was ready but when we arrived, we were told by Phil and K that it had been given away to someone else and that we would have to wait another hour. We eventually left. This was a very disappointing experience.
