My family I came here for my brothers birthday (we are originally from Michigan and have never had a problem in MI) and he treated us horribly. He didn't offer solutions to our problem when it would have been easier to just move to a different bay. Rest of the staff is extremely nice but that manager(Mac) here needs to be taught again about customer service even went as far as laughing to other servers right in front of us about us.

We ran late on a morning reservation, so we lost time that was paid for. Our fault, but it was dead enough to offer to extend our time for an extra cost. I feel like we could've got our whole 2 hours we paid for because there was space/time available.

The lemon pepper boneless wings here are better than the NY location.Thats a big deal to me as a New Yorker I appreciate good food. I wish I remember the waitresses name but I dont. She was so kind and attentive. Checked on us regularly and asked questions to help us as it was our 1st time there. This place is the reason that we went to the one in new york now. And I have to say, this one in orlando is running things a lot better. Good job guys. Thanks for a great time.
