  The staff was extremely rude, I forgot my ID and they for some reason thought I was under 18 when I am an adult. They were also just extremely rude about everything DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS

  Great birthday celebration at Topgolf! We had so much fun with friends, and the staff even brought me a free ice cream to top it off. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was perfect. We'll be back!

  Went on a weekday afternoon with my Mom and My Son. Our bay was right next to some frat bros drinking pitchers. I asked staff if they could move us away from the drinkers a bit (I’m in early recovery and all I could smell was their beer). They moved us 6 bays down and we had so much fun. Wait staff was attentive and friendly. Manager that moved us was understanding and didn’t make me feel like a Karen for asking to be moved. Food was better than I expected as well. We will be regulars going forward.

  We had my husband’s 70th birthday party at Top Golf in Independence, Ohio! First of all, our server Pella was excellent! She knew how to set up the players and use coupons! She also helped us with the menu! Very efficient with the drinks and refills! It was also easy to set up a reservation! We had a great time with the family at Top Golf! It was fun for everyone! Most importantly, it was a great 70th birthday celebration for my husband! He loved it very much!

  Maddie and Taniya came and escorted us out because I came to play golf with 2 of my friends. We come in and proceed to get escorted out because one of my friends forgot their id at home. One employee proceeds to say that online it states in “fine print” all people must be over 18 after 9 pm. Also employee says “nobody reads it.” Make the font more visible. We drove 30 min. We purchased the reservation online. I’ve asked the 2 managers mentioned above for their names and they resisted and didn’t want to give me them until I finally convinced them to. They say because there is a bar you have to be supervised by an adult 21 plus. We’ve been here before and know about the rule, just because a person FORGOT their id, we got ESCORTED out, and we’re told that we are being aggressive. Mangers started giving us attitude as well. Also we said okay, and said that the person that was allegedly under 18, that he will sit out. We go to our bay, put 2 names into the game, and the third person sat on the couch. We still got kicked out. Also as we were leaving they said we will ban their accounts. For what exactly? Because our friend forgot their id? Poor service, never coming back here again.
