    The worst top golf in Maryland. New management is unprofessional and unprepared. We waited 2 hrs then still had to be told we had one too many ppl. The mangers said someone had to go. The server took forever to bring 4 fountain drinks. Then their tap and go machine was out of order. The list continued.. this place failed every quality test there was. If I could give 0 stars I would ! Next time Urban Air or main event will be the next family outing.

    The worse top golf experience ever. We have came here for years but the new management and servicing staff are very unprofessional and unprepared. We waited 2 hrs for them to tell us we had one too many family members, so as the manager stated someone had to leave. The server took 45 to bring fountain drinks .. we will never come back here. Their tap and go machine is down too smh .

    Our server DeNyjah G was absolutely terrible. She was very dismissive of our table the whole night. When we arrived, she asked if we wanted any drinks, and we ordered our drinks and appetizer. We didn't see her for the rest of the night. No refills, no check-ins to see how everything was going... Nothing. We flagged her down to try to put in food but she said it wouldn't be a good idea since we only had 40 minutes left of our game and she didn't know how long the kitchen would take. Well DeNyaj, if you had checked on our table soon and not ignored us the whole night then we would've had a chance to order food. Now we have to try to find a restaurant to eat at by 10 pm. Highly disappointed at the service tonight especially because this is one of my Favorite places.

    A dining and sporting experience in one! I recently celebrated my birthday midday with a visit to TopGolf National Harbor. Heading there midweek in the afternoon is a win. The location is just off of I-495. There are a variety of games available for all skill levels. Basic clubs are included with bay reservation. Cost is per bay, not per person. My bayhost, Nathaniel W. made me feel welcomed and taken care of during my time in the bay. It made for a great experience, and I hope he is my bayhost again in the future!

    My friends and I had one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had at a TopGolf. Our first round of drinks took about 25 minutes to arrive, my friend’s wings came out after more than an hour, and another friend’s tacos were cold. Our server barely checked on us (she came to our table twice, during the initial orders and when gameplay was over) and there was no attempt to make things right. When we asked for the check, we were first told our bill was lowered to around $180 because of the delays, it was shocking to see the bill that low but didn't think much of it. Then the same staff member came back saying there was a mistake and our total was actually $480. After checking, I noticed we’d been charged twice for the wings that took an hour to arrive, and none of the promised discounts were applied. The double charge was eventually fixed, but the dishonesty and lack of customer service were disappointing. We've been to other TopGolf locations with great service, but this one completely missed the mark. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves their staff training and communication. That being said, not worth for a second visit.
