  Arrived at 6:15 for 6:30 reservations. Ordered food around 7. They ran out of buns for sliders. Not a big deal. We ordered other food but it was 8:30 when we asked where our nachos were. They ran out of chips and didn’t tell us! We just waited around. The manager, Ernesto, was out of line and didn’t handle the issue well After a lot of discussion, the situation was resolved amicably. We’ve visited multiple top golfs throughout the nation, and this was by far the worst experience we had.

  Top golf is top golf. Plenty of parking. Best to make a reservation and check for events at Levi's stadium to avoid waits or unusual traffic.

  Topgolf is one of those places where you can show up with zero golf skills and still somehow feel like a pro after the first swing. The whole vibe is fun, relaxed, and just chaotic enough to feel alive without stressing you out. Booking through the app is easy, and you can even add requests like “no kids please” or “avoid placing us next to the birthday party where someone is inevitably screaming into a cupcake.” They usually try to help out, which is sweet because nobody wants to practice their swing while a toddler is having an existential crisis. The bays are comfy, and the atmosphere is lively in that “people are having fun but no one is losing their mind” kind of way. It works for small hangouts, big groups, and everything in between. Drinks are cold, the pub-style food hits the spot, and the whole place somehow convinces you that nachos and golf are a natural pairing. The games are simple, satisfying, and forgiving enough that you won’t question your life choices. Even if you’re not a golfer, it’s basically self-entertaining; half the fun is watching your friends celebrate a lucky shot like they just won the Masters. Overall, it’s the kind of place where you can unwind, laugh, and enjoy the night without needing a detailed plan or natural athletic talent.

  Staff and our waitress was good but the food was poor and to run out of items to make complete meals is crazy. For an establishment to run out of alot of the items on the menu is ridiculous. Horrible. You lucky I gave you 3 stars

  Have been too topgolf on many occasions. But had a really horrible experience today. When I checked the app the wait time told me no wait so I joined the waitlist. When I got there they told my bay would be ready at 5:15 it’s been an hour from that time and my bay is still not ready. I understand they get busy but don’t give a wrong estimate on wait times and then not have a Bay ready. It creates a bad consumer experience won’t return for a while that’s for sure.
